The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, offering a delightful experience overall. The upper terrace rooms are unbeatable in value, ideal for enjoying the sun, although the dining options may leave something to be desired.

I stayed in one of the rooms with a terrace, and it was just perfect. The upper terrace was amazing for soaking up the sun, and having an electric fan and fridge made it even better for relaxation. The Wi-Fi worked great as well.

The service here was really good. They were extremely helpful and prompt with their email assistance before my arrival. However, upon check-in, it felt a bit rushed as they just took the key and didn’t engage much. Still, they were friendly and efficient overall.

The hotel's location in the center of Puerto de la Cruz is fantastic. While it's near many cafes, restaurants, and the town center, the noise from the nearby bars can be a downside for light sleepers. Overall, it's easy to reach everything you need in the area.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although equipped with amenities like a small fridge and portable fan, did not live up to the photos on the website. The location, in the heart of Puerta de la Cruz, was great but facing the street and overlooking a school was a downside. The service, especially from Clemente at Reception, was exceptional but interactions were minimal. The dining options were poor with uninspired and cold dishes.
